I have a powerbox sensor switch which I purchased last year. It has been working normally until today. When I pressed the buttons to turn it on, I saw that battery 2 light was sometimes going off, and losing the power output. Battery 1 seems to work normally. I removed the switch from the model to investigate, and discovered that if I squeezed the sides of the switch, the lights would go on and off.
There is clearly a problem, so as I presume it is still covered by the warranty, should I send it to you for repair?
