I recently purchased 2 x igyro3e and a Bluecom adaptar. All are pre-owned
Can I send them to Powerbox for a look and see if everything is working as it should?
Both the igyro 3e had V1 software. I was able to update the software to V5 on one through rescue mode, normal mode did not work . The other one does not even respond to rescue mode However the bluecom detects the equipment
And what do I select under 'Product' when filling up the repair form? Option for igyro3e is not seen . Drop down menu only has igyro3extra. Should I select the same?
