Hello Bernhard,

now I'm confused, you mentioned, that in V2 and V3 is the same error. Now you mentioned that in V2 the error is not.

Maybe some better definition what error? Based on that inputs is really not possible to do some analysis.

Hello Rudi,

the difference between V2 and V3 is:

In terms of Setpoints:

- V3: the adjusted setpoints are will be not stored. If you adjust setpoint values, after you left the lightbox menu and then you re-enter into the lightbox menu, then you will see that the previous values are displayed.

- V2: Setpoints are adjustable and storaged, as expected.

In terms of Output 3 and 4:

- Generally, there is no different behaviour between V2 and V3.

- Output 3: If you click to "Double Flash" then it toggles the set indicator always back to the previous setted function. After you left the lightbox menu and re-enter into it, you will see however the "Double Flash" is stored.

- Output 4: There is the same behaviour as upper described on Output 3, but effected with the "Afterburner".

Hopefully, I described good enough the behaviour and the difference between V2 and V3!

Sure, I did all tests and released one fix in new version. You can try it, all is working properly now, can't find any discrepancy or error.

Hi Rudi,

where did you fix the problem? In the new terminal version or in the light box firmware?

Ich have installed the new terminal version V3.1.10 and the light box firmware ist still the previous version V0.0.2. A highter firmware as V0.0.2 is not available.

With the upper mentioned SW Version is still the following bug persistant: It is not possible to program on port 4 the afterburner function. It is the same problem as before.

The problems regarding the setpoints are solved with the new terminal SW.

Hi Bernhard,

Terminal software was updated to version 3.10 with a bug fix of setpoints. Lightbox firmware you can update with Update button in Terminal

it seems you didn't understand my sentences. My System is up to date, but the Afterburner Setting does still not work on channel 4.

I tested right now Afterburner settings on my testing LightBox, for all channels it is working

No clue what's wrong on your side, please specify more details, what is not working.

and I have no glue how I can you describe the problem better as I did. You got a Video which shows the Problem and you are knowing my SW Versions.

For me, then, it's probably better to live with the circumstances.

for explanation, you responded yesterday, in meantime there is plenty of other posts. I can't remember if you attached some video or not, sorry Therefore asking for the details. As I mentioned, I did again fullest for you, based on your latest specification (on this page Dec 21).

All is working for me. If something is not working on your side, I need details. In other case I'm unable to advice you.

This is always the same problem if people hijack a Thread and come with different problems. It´s impossible to give a qualified answer...

Hab das jetzt selbst 10 Minuten lang ausprobiert - alles funktioniert einwandfrei, Setpoints, Beleuchtungstyp - auf allen Kanälen. Wenns bei Dir nicht geht, kommst vorbei und ich schau mir das an. Alles andere kostet uns nur ne Menge Zeit.

Ja, Zeit ist ein kostbares Gut - auch für die Kunden - von der ich auch nicht übermäßig viel habe. Ich werde mal sehen, wann ich es schaffe vorbeizukommen.
