Ok have just tried to reach the powerbox directly using the USB and PC option.
I am receiving the message "no powerbox connected"
Power is reaching the RX's at power up and the PC recognises the USB adaptor.
How do I establish a connection with the powerbox when I have the blue screen at power up, i.e. no option to select PC control.
Yes that is correct, in the first instance I had the teleconverter and Bluecom connected to the powerbox via the supplied Y harness.
Subsequently I have disconnected the teleconverter and tried the update, but as you see above I am unable to connect to the Powerbox.

Ok I did as you suggested and the only option I can action is the Teleconverter update which is already at v5.0.
I did the update anyway, it was successful, although throughout all actions the screen remained blue and unresponsive.
I then tried the same update action with the Teleconverter disconnected, and get ‘no device connected message’
Just read not to leave the BlueCom adaptor plugged in.
I am using a SRS royal with TELE and GPS sockets unavailable.
Is it acceptable to use a Y lead in the TELE socket to enable the BlueCom adaptor and telemetry connection?
